Eligibility
Orders with a cart total of £30 or more (after all discounts and promotions have been applied and excluding gift vouchers) qualify for a free gift.
The qualifying amount must exceed £29.99 before postage fees.
Postage Fees
Postage fees are not included when calculating the qualifying order total.
Gift Selection
Free gifts are selected by us and cannot be chosen by the purchaser.
The type and value of the gift may vary depending on stock availability and the value of the order.
Gift Value Guide
- Orders between £30 – £49.99 receive a gift worth up to £5
- Orders between £50 – 99.99 receive a gift worth from £6 to £8
- Orders over £100 receive a gift worth approximately £9 or more, subject to availability.
Returns and Refunds
Free gifts are non-returnable and non-refundable.
If items from your order are returned and the revised total falls below the qualifying amount, the free gift must also be returned, or its value may be deducted from any refund due.
No Cash Alternative
Free gifts have no cash or credit alternative and cannot be exchanged for other products.
Offer Changes
We reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel the free gift offer at any time, without prior notice.
